Attracting consumers to purchase products, whether meal prep items or ready to eat items, for the dinner daypart has been challenging for convenience operators to capture.  While most operators enjoy good site traffic, this has not translated into robust dinner daypart sales. 

Furthermore, over the past two years, consumer behavior related to dining, especially during the dinner hour, has transformed how people want to engage for dinner, out of the home or inside their home and in what form they desire to purchase components and / or meals.
