Virtual Gallup Leadership Workshop – Shaping Your Leadership and What Your Followers Need

You’ve discussed your own Strengths as a leader and how to hone those strengths to create success.  Now it’s time to take things a step further and dive into the specific emotional needs people have to experience with their leaders in order to feel engaged and connected to the organization and their day-to-day work.

In Gallup’s research, four key areas of focus were discovered: trust, compassion, stability and hope.  Leaders that are perceived to be trustworthy and compassionate and who offer stability and hope have a significant impact on their employees. We will explore these four areas more deeply, as well as to look at how leaders can leverage their strengths to more effectively provide what their people need as it pertains to these four areas. Each can have profound effects on the sustainable success of your organization.

Our first day, February 2nd, will focus on a refresh of Strengths Based Leadership and the impact this approach can have on creating sustainable high performance for individuals, teams and organizations.

Our second day, February 3rd, will dive deeper into the Four Needs of Followers. Trust, Compassion, Stability and Hope and how each of you as leaders can leverage your strengths to more fully impact each of these key areas based on your unique strengths.

If you have already taken the Gallup StrengthsFinder you can log in and download your report again.  If you have not, you will want to take the assessment in order to fully understand your leadership strength and style.

You can do both here:  or by clicking on the tab above.
